CROCHET THREE STRIPE BABY CARDIGAN

I am so happy to show you this sweet baby cardigan I recently finished for a dear friend's baby boy!

It is a really fun pattern to work, perfect for beginners and a great afternoon project for more experienced crocheters!

The pattern is the Three Stripe Baby Cardigan by Freddie B on Ravelry! The pattern comes in two sizes, newborn to 3 mos and 3-6 mos! I opted for the first option as the baby is a newborn!  The cardigan is Worked top down using double crochet stitches making it a really fast project!

I made the cardigan in a soft 100% cotton yarn; DMC Natura Medium is the brand I used in colorways 11 for the main body and 77 for the contrasting stripes and used a 4mm (G/4) hook! I added 3 small wooden buttons to the front to make it extra cozy!

If you are looking for a fun baby project then I recommend you try this pattern out! The color options are endless, plus it is unisex making it perfect for boys and girls!

Here is my project on the Ravelry page if you want to check it out!

Have a lovely weekend!
