DIY KNIT CROP TOP PATTERN

I am so happy to finally be able to share this pattern with you in collaboration with Sirdar!

The top is really easy to make if you want to make your own and I highly recommend this pattern for beginners in knitting as well!

The yarn used for this crop top is Hayfield  Chunky with  Wool (Muscat  696) and 15mm (U.S 19) straight needles!  The design is pretty much straighforward, simple yet very elegant! I think this would make a lovely gift or even a great piece for your own fashion wardrobe.

The Pattern

One size fits most

46 cm(18 inces) x 40 cm (16 inches) long

Crop Top

CO 36 sts

Work Ribbing 1x1 for 6 Rows.

Start working in Stockinette Stitch until piece measures 23 cm (9 inches)  from beginning.

Shape Arms

CO 3 sts at the beginning of the row, work stockinette stitch, CO 3 sts at the end or row. (42 sts)

Continue working in stockinette stitch, until piece measures 40cm (16 inches) from beginning.

Now you are going to bind off both sides simultaneously.

Fasten off.

Weave in any remaining ends.

That's it! Enjoy your new top!
