CROCHET SPRING MOEBIUS COWL WITH LHASA WILDERNESS

A few months ago I was contacted by the lovely people of Bijou Basin Ranch in order to try out their newest yarn Lhasa Wilderness! I was thinking of a ton of projects that could be made with this yarn in a Yak/bamboo blend; I decided that a Moebius cowl would be the perfect accessory for spring!

The yarn comes in an amazing color range and is really fun to work with as its softness cannot be described!
I chose two contrasting colors to make my cowl (Highlands Heather 38 & Continental Blue 50)! As with most natural yarns it's best if you handwash only! Also each skeins comes in 250 yards giving you a really good amount to work with!

Regarding the fiber... It is an extremely durable and lightweight fiber that preserves heat in the winter yet breathes for comfort in warmer weather. Shimmery and oh-so-soft, the blend of Yak and Bamboo is delightful to work with! The yarn has it all: softness and strength, plus an excellent drape! If you're looking for a spring summer yarn I'd definitely recommend you check Lhasa Wilderness out!
Materials:
-A G 6/4.00mm crochet hook
-Lhasa Wilderness yarn in colors of your choice
-Tapestry needle

Pattern:
With color of your choice ( I statred with Highlands Heather)ch 152 and close to form a circle, place marker in first st.
Round 1: HDC in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across until you reach marker. Give piece 1 twist away from you (this makes the moebius shape), and continue to HDC in each st around in bottom of foundation ch.
Round 2-7: Move marker each rnd to first st, HDC in each st around.
Change to 2nd color (Continental Blue) and continue working HDC in each st around until you run out of yarn.
Fasten off and weave in any ends!
There you have it! If you make this project, please share your photos with me on Instagram using #littlethingsblogged! I'd love to see what you create!

Wishing you all a lovely Thursday!
