I love earwarmers! They are just the right thing to wear on the coldest days, or when you just want to add something stylish to your every day outfit! Now that the days are shorter, evenings spent knitting a few rows of a new project sound perfect to me. I hope you enjoy making it for the winter ahead!

-Chunky yarn (I used Katia Alaska in off white)
-straight  needles 6.5 mm (US 10½)
-tapestry needle

Finished circumference: 18”(approx.46 cm)
Width: 5” (approx. 13 cm)


CO 60 sts.
Row 1: *Knit 1, Purl 1; repeat from * to end of row
Row 2: *Purl 1, Knit 1; repeat from * to end of row
Rows 3-4: Repeat Rows 1 and 2
Rows 5-16: *Knit all stitches; repeat for all rounds
Row 17: Repeat Row 1
Row 18: Repeat Row 2
Rows 19-20: Repeat Rows 3-4
Cast off by knitting/purling each stitch. Cut yarn, weave in all ends.
Sew ends together.
