I LIKE KNITTING DECEMBER ISSUE - FAVORITE PROJECTS

As the colder days are slowly starting to settle in, I have one thing to point out: Christmas is just around the corner! Lately I have the impression that time really flies!

I am all about working with cozier and warmer shades of yarn these days and when I saw the latest issue of I Like Knitting, I was really happy to find a bunch of projects to make and to give (this year I am all about  making handmade gifts)!
The Adirondack Mountain Socks are one of my favorites in this issue and honestly I cannot wait to start making these!
Yes to cozy and chunky blankets! I really love knitted blankets and the Winter Garden Gate Throw is  actually easier to make than it looks!
I really love the contrasting triangles of the Iceberg Cardigan. Grey is one of my favorite colors this season and in combination with the blue I think it really pops!
Yes to all the cozy home decoration! I really love the color of the mug cozy (Knit Picks Swish Superwash in Dublin). I think I will have to make a bunch and gift them to all my friends!

The Norwegian  Snowflake stocking would definitely make a lovely piece to hang up in every home! make it in your favorite color and get in the Christmas spirit!
I laid eyes on this sweater the moment I saw it! This is my favorite desing in the magazine and I have already started checking shades of yarn to make my own! Plus feature: there is a pattern to make it for the man in your life as well!
This lovely fox in his striped scarf really made my day! This cutie would make a lovely gift to any small or big person in your life!

If you want to give these  projects a try then download the latest issue of I Like Knitting today and start working on your favorite project!
Enjoy your day!
