{Crochetlings and a Knitting Challenge!}

My granny pillow is coming along quite quickly! I have almost finished joining them, using the single crochet method! I started crocheting the back of the pillow but unfortunately I ran out of yarn yesterday!!:(

I also finished some accessories for my amigurumi. I crocheted a simple scarf for the teddy and I embellished the bunny with some bows! Yay!

The panda bear also got an accessory! I made him a little blue hat!

Yep, in the last photo you can see my beginner adventures in knitting! I learned how to cast on! Believe me it was not easy! Knitting has always seemed as a difficult process but I think I'll give it a try! Wish me luck!:)

What have you been up to?

  3. I recently began to teach myself to knit. For the third time in the last ten years. It seems I finally got it this time. So hang in there. You'll get it!

  4. My grandma got me the knook to teach myself to knit with the help of a crochet needle. Haven't tried it out yet.. I think my heart will forever be with crocheting, but who knows! Good luck in your knitting endeavors! :)

  6. Knitting!!!! Good girl!!! I imagine that is not easy for a crocheter to start to knit!!!! I remember last year when, instead, I started to crochet : a nightmare!!! But now I'm really happy with a hook in my hands!!!!

  7. I'm trying to learn to knit too! It seems so much more complicated than crocheting... Like I have to think so hard to do each stitch haha. What book are you using?

    1. Monica, Indeed it does, I can't seem to get my hands organized with the two needles! The book is a Greek book I bought recently!

      P.S. Thanks! You're the sweetest!:)
